  1. Scope of Terms
  2. These terms govern all reservations made through the online reservation system of Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences, secured by VeriSign and powered by DirectWithHotels Ltd. technology.

  3. Acceptance
  4. You accept these terms on behalf of all members of your party.

  5. Advanced Payment for reservation
  6. To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the total room charges (excluding applicable taxes and any other charges) will be collected upfront as an advanced payment charged to any of the credit or debit cards supported by the payment system. This charge, if successful, is non-refundable and completes your online reservation and enters you into a legal and valid contract with Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences, subject to these terms of reservation. The remaining 90% of your total room charge, along with any charges incurred during your stay, will be collected upon check out.

  7. Confirmed Reservation
  8. The reservation is considered confirmed when you receive a Confirmation Page containing your Transaction ID. Please save and/or print this for your records and present it to the hotel upon check-in.

  9. Terms of Modifying or Cancelling a Reservation
  10. You may modify or cancel your reservation directly through this reservation system, subject to the modification, cancellation and no-show policies as stated in the policy section. We reserve the right to charge your credit/ debit card for cancellation and no-show fees in accordance with the stated policies.
    Modifying your reservation entitles you to a refund of the advanced payment made at the time of your first reservation. Upon confirming the changes to your reservation, you need to make a new advanced payment for the modified reservation. All changes to a reservation are subject to hotel’s modification policies.
    Cancelling your reservation is permanent and could result to cancellation fees.

  11. No-Show Terms
  12. In the event that you do not check in before the time specified in the Cancellation and No-Show Policies section, you will be qualified as a: “No-Show”. Then, we will collect appropriate fees, as per our policies.

  13. Responsibility of the Hotel
  14. Your contract for the accommodation services is strictly with Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences.

  15. Secure Reservation Processing
  16. Online reservations on this website are securely processed by GlobalCollect, VeriSign, and DirectWithHotels.

  17. No Liability
  18. Neither Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences, nor our online reservation partners (GlobalCollect and VeriSign) , nor any of our directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives, will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any information, products, services and/or the materials offered through this website, including but not limited to, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, or any indirect or consequential loss or damages.

  19. Limitation of Financial Liability
  20. In the highly unlikely event of an issue arising as pertains to a reservation, any liability to VeriSign and/or DirectWithHotels is limited to the advanced payment paid at the time of reservation.

  21. Governing Law
  22. Your online reservation is governed by the laws of Jersey, British Isles (the location of the receiving account being used to process the advanced payment) and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. The reservation confirmation (if any) and these terms represent the entire agreement between you and Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences.

  23. Privacy Policy
  24. Any information collected to secure a reservation is used solely for purposes of that specific reservation; no data is shared with any third parties. At Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences, we take your privacy seriously. HOTEL POLICY:

Check In Time: 02:00 PM local time (GMT +08:00)

Check Out Time: 12:00 PM local time (GMT +08:00)

MODIFICATION POLICY:

No penalty charge for modifications.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations 3 Day(s) before check in date will be charged for the first night reserved.

NO-SHOW POLICY:Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check in date will be charged for the first night reserved.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL POLICIES:

Children under 13 years of age can stay in the hotel for free.

GUEST ADVISORY:

Extra Person

Maximum of two adults in a room. Extra person charge is PHP 750 nett per night inclusive of breakfast, payable upon check-in.

Late Check-Out

Hotel charges for late check-out as follows: 2 to 6 PM – half day charge; 6 pm onwards – whole day charge.

Payment

Hotel requires full payment upon check-in. Accepts cash and major credit cards.

Rates Change

Rates are net of taxes, are subject to prevailing market rate and may change without prior notice.

Transportation

Airport Transfers available upon request.
